Founded by Yohana Nessy Christiana, M.Psi., Psikolog, CPS, who brings over 20 years of expertise in HR and psychology, YNC Consulting is strengthened by her credentials as a Certified Productivity Specialist (APO) and Certified Assessment Center Assessor. She is also the author of Discovering Myself, published through a collaboration between OPSY and PT Elex Media Komputindo (a member of Gramedia Group), further reflecting her commitment to empowering growth and transformation.
